Contest Rules
No purchase necessary. One entry per email address, and one entry per person, please.
The contest will run from January 25th 2005 thru May 31st 2005.
To be eligible, you must be an individual U.S. resident and at least 18 years old.
The prize of one 3.1 Mega Pixel Digital Video Camera Model DV182 will be given away. The winner will be drawn at random from all registrants during the contest period, and awarded by June 17th 2005.
Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered entries or for any miscommunication or technical failures as a result of contest participation. Upon receipt, entries become the property of AccessoryTown.com.
Winners will be selected by random draw and personally notified by email. Representatives of AccessoryTown.com whose decisions are final on all matters related to this contest, will draw the winning entry.
No winner information will be given out over the telephone. Winner will be posted on the site after selection. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received by the drawing date.
By entering, you allow AccessoryTown.com to use your name and email address for mailing-list purposes, and winners grant AccessoryTown.com the right to use their names and/or likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Winners may be required to sign a statement of eligibility and a liability release prior to receiving their prizes. Entrants agree that AccessoryTown.com, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for, and will be held harmless against, any and all claims for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this contest or from acceptance or use of any prize.
Taxes if any are solely the responsibility of the winner. Employees of AccessoryTown.com, and of any sponsor participating in the contest ad, and their immediate family members are not eligible. AccessoryTown.com's decisions regarding contest entries and winners are final and binding. Void where prohibited by law.
